It's 12.39am. I can't sleep. I am watching infomercials. I ate some Pirate's Booty and had some hot chocolate in lactose free milk but still awake! I don't want to take any drugs so I am just accepting the fact that I am awake for now.
I spent the last week in Australia. Doing my vegetarian thing. Easy! After talking with my mum and cousins I am trying out a special eating regime for the next two weeks - going gluten free. My mum is convinced and has been for years that I am gluten intolerant so I am self testing myself. I was tested a few years ago and I was on the higher side of negative (is that right?) and I suffer from depression, anxiety, bloating and lactose intolerance so I may as well give it a go and see what happens.
These are some examples of things I can't eat - bread, cereals, muffins, cookies, cakes, bagels, some salad dressings and mayonnaise, pasta, noodles, some soups and heaps more (have to read the labels)
Have you noticed something? All these foods are my favorites!!!! Bugger!!!
Oh give me willpower!
