Spice Up the Fourth with these Killer Burgers by David Lawrence





Here is one of our favorites by David Lawrence (we have so many)! Feel free to comment below with some of your favorite Fourth of July recipes to share!


Ingredients



  • For the Burgers

  • 2 1/4 lbs. ground brisket

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 2 Tbs. steak sauce (recommended: A1 Brand)

  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  • 2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

  • 3 Tbs. cold, unsalted butter
