Event Description
The class is open to moms and babies up to 2 years old.
This 8 week series will help postnatal moms to regain their strength and flexibility and provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to the mother. Come open your mind and body to the healing benefit of yoga and deepen the bond between mother and baby. Please bring some toys to occupy your little one and a baby blanket for pre-crawlers.
Space is limited, Sign up early!
On Tuesday from 12:00pm -1:15pm
